- Fabulous model Homes
- A Satellite City at Nadeswar
- Narmada Nagar Township
- A new township in Jhagadia Village in Bharuch
- Foreign Trade Center at Ankleshwar
- World Tourist place & culture city, now coming up in Kabirwar
- Gujarat 's largest Theme/Amusement Park in Bholav
- Children's Park in Shaktinath
and so on and on . . .
